Sam Eastment

Sam Eastment currently serves as the Head of Employee Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion at Balfour Beatty plc since May 2017. Previous roles include HR Business Partner for Transformation at RSA, HR, Learning and OD Manager at The Conservation Volunteers, and various positions at RSA, including Global Engagement & Performance Consultant and HR Business Partner. Earlier experience includes Head of Retail Human Resources at HMV Group and HR Manager roles at Thorn EMI Electronics and Alliance & Leicester. Sam holds a Graduate Diploma in Internal Communications and an IPD Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Kingston University.
