Adi Susilo

Adi Susilo has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Adi started their career as an Engineering Technician at Hotel Ibis Rajawali Surabaya and then worked as a Banquet Waiter/Audio at Sheraton Mustika Yogyakarta Resort & Spa. Adi later joined Sheraton Surabaya Hotel & Towers as a Banquet Audio Visual staff member before becoming the Chief Engineering (Act) at The Empire Palace Surabaya. Adi then transitioned into the JW Marriott Surabaya, where they held various positions including Assistant Manager of Audio Visual, Deputy Banquet Manager, and Banquet Operation Manager. Following this, they served as the Senior F&B Operation Manager at Grand City Surabaya - Mall Convex. Currently, Adi is the Director of Banquet Operations at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, and is set to become the Director of Event Operations for Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center starting in 2023.

Adi Susilo attended Surabaya, Technical High School from 1992 to 1995. During this time, they studied Electrical as their field of study, although no specific degree was mentioned.
