Marco Castelli has a solid background in human resources, with varied roles over the years. Marco started their career at LVMH as an HR Assistant in September 2013 and worked there until February 2014. Marco then joined Discovery Communications and held positions such as HR Support from March 2014 to August 2014, and later as an HR Coordinator from September 2014 to November 2017. Most recently, Marco has been working at Balich Wonder Studio since December 2017, where they initially served as a Recruiting Manager and is currently the Head of HR.
Marco Castelli completed a Master's degree in Master Op from Università Commerciale 'Luigi Bocconi' from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Scienze Filosofiche from Libera Università Vita-Salute San Raffaele from 2010 to 2013.
