Paolo Gaddari

Paolo Gaddari is an experienced production manager with a diverse background in event management and design, currently holding production manager positions at Far and Beyond, Live Nation Middle East, and Balich Wonder Studio since December 2023. Previously, Gaddari served as a director at Multiverse Productions from October 2020 to April 2023 and has held various production manager roles at Visual Architects, Expo 2020 Dubai, and Neumann&Müller Event Technology in early 2020. Earlier experience includes promoter and production designer roles at MATRIX Events & Production and production director roles at Sardegna Concerti. Gaddari is pursuing ongoing education in virtual reality, lighting design, user training, and event planning from respected institutions, including Goldsmiths, University of London, and IDI - Italian Design Institute.
