Yakov Gaon

Yakov Gaon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Yakov currently serves as the VP Sales at Balink, a Salesforce Partner, where they specialize in planning and executing projects on the Salesforce platform. Prior to this, Yakov was the VP of Business Development at IDEODIGITAL, where they defined and implemented the company's growth strategy. As the CEO of Mati Jerusalem - Business Development Center, they led the organization from 2020 to 2021. Yakov also worked as the Vice President, Head of Business Development & Marketing at Ariel University, where they built global strategic relationships and grew annual income. Earlier in their career, Yakov held positions at IBM as a Program Director and Opportunity Leader, and at Retalix as the Director of Customer Success and Service Integration. Yakov also worked at Applied Materials as a Global Program Manager and at EDS Advanced Solutions as a Project Manager & Senior ERP SAP Consultant.

Yakov Gaon's education history is as follows:

From 1998 to 2002, Yakov Gaon attended Ariel University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Management Engineering.

In 2006, Yakov Gaon enrolled at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where they pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree in Integrative Management. Yakov completed this program in 2008.

During the same year, Yakov Gaon also received a certification in Project Management from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

In 2020, Yakov Gaon returned to Ariel University to participate in the Director's Course, focusing on Accounting and Business/Management. It was a short-term program and lasted for the entirety of that year.

Aside from formal education, Yakov Gaon has obtained additional certifications. Yakov completed a course in "Writing a Marketing Plan" through LinkedIn in November 2021, and they have also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the PMI Israel Chapter.
