Kenny Cheng is a Finance Manager at Balke Brown Transwestern since July 2023 and has extensive experience in commercial real estate lending and credit analysis. Prior to the current role, Kenny served as AVP - Commercial Real Estate Lending at Stifel Bank & Trust from August 2021 to July 2023 and as AVP - CRE Portfolio Manager at Associated Bank from October 2018 to August 2021. Previous positions include Commercial Credit Analyst at Midwest BankCentre and roles in EB5 Investment Project advisory at Cross Borders Advisors, LLC, where Kenny also performed due diligence and capital market research. An early career internship as a Financial Analyst at Conway Investment Research involved client analysis and portfolio management. Kenny holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Saint Louis University, where also contributed as an International Student Ambassador.
