Biplab Pathak

Biplab Pathak has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Senior Deputy General Manager of Corporate HR at BKT Tires since September 2012. Prior to this role, Biplab held various HR positions, including Plant Head - HR at Hindalco Almex Aerospace Limited from August 2007 to August 2012, Manager at Cosmo Films Limited from January 2005 to August 2007, and Senior Executive HR at Videocon Industries Ltd from October 1993 to December 2004. Biplab's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science from Sarasswati Bhuvan College of Science, an MBA in HR from Indira Gandhi National Open University, a Certificate course in Strategic HR from IIM Kolkata, a Bachelor's Degree in General Law from M P Law College, and a diploma in Workforce Development and Training from ISTD.
