Kaustubh Morankar

Kaustubh Morankar has extensive experience in the tire industry, currently serving as a Manager at BKT Tires since November 2015, where responsibilities include hands-on hyper-mesh meshing and material calibration for finite element analysis (FEA). Previously, as an Assistant Manager, Kaustubh focused on designing new test protocols for material characterization and tire performance validation for super specialty tires. Prior to BKT Tires, Kaustubh worked as an Engineer at Thermax Ltd, handling project execution from December 2010 to December 2011. Kaustubh holds a Master's degree in Rubber Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and completed a course in tire mechanics at The University of Akron. An undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering was earned from M.G.M's Jawaharlal Nehru College of Engineering.
