With extensive experience at Rolls-Royce and Ball Corporation, Jeff has held various leadership positions such as Head of People Consultancy Solutions, HR Change and Transformation Leader, and HR Director. Jeff's expertise includes developing strategies, improving performance and talent management processes, and successfully leading organizational restructuring initiatives.
