Alan Schmitz is a seasoned professional in the construction and service industries with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently a Superintendent at Ball Homes since July 2019, Alan also operates Custom Details LLC, providing installation and warranty repair services for Lowe's Home Improvement. Recognized with the Lowe's 2017 Installation Excellence Award for Gold Level Achievement, Alan has held various roles including Home Project Coordinator at Hand in Hand Ministries, Parts & Warranty Manager at Admirals Anchor Marina, and President of Salty Paws Marine & RV. Alan began career foundations at Jefferson Yachts and A Cleaner Image, establishing a reputation for excellent customer service and operational management.
