April Forman

April Forman is an experienced Area Manager at Ball Homes since July 2003, managing Brookstone Apartments on Red Mile Road. Prior roles include Property Manager at Emerald Twenty Four from June 2016 to March 2021 and Property Manager of RM Lexington and Glasford Townhomes at Ball Realty from January 2015 to March 2021. April has also managed scattered houses and apartments at First Place Properties from May 2001 to July 2003, and served as Property Supervisor for 23 LIHTC property communities at Winterwood, Inc. from March 1995 to May 2001. April holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Midway College and an Associate Degree in Computer Science/Business Management from Sullivan University.
