Cam Steven J. Fioretti

Steven J. Fioretti possesses extensive experience in property management, particularly within student housing. Currently serving as Property Manager at Ball Homes since December 2019, Steven oversees leasing and maintenance staff at The Depot at Akron, a luxury 624-bed student housing community.
