Ashlee Ritschdorff has a diverse range of work experience in graphic design and marketing. They started their career as a Marketing Intern at Dukane Corporation in 2012, where they worked on updating booklets, brochures, and conducting competitor research. In 2013, they interned as a Graphic Designer at State Farm, participating in critiques, creative discussions, and managing multiple projects.

In 2013, Ritschdorff also served as a Web Design Intern at Chicago Twenty Something, creating websites for events and providing graphic design work. They then went on to intern as a Graphic Design Intern at Millikin University from 2012 to 2014, where they developed designs representing the university's brand, including email banners, magazine ads, and brochures.

From 2014 to 2017, Ritschdorff worked as a Lead Graphic Designer at Media Directions Creative Group. Finally, they joined Federal Signal Corporation in 2017 as a Graphic Designer and Marketing Communications Specialist. Here, they managed and executed all graphic content for multiple brands, including creative and art direction for TRUVAC, a brand dedicated to vacuum excavators.

Their most recent role is an Art Director at Ball Horticultural Company, where they started in 2021.

Ashlee Ritschdorff completed their education at Millikin University from 2010 to 2014. Ashlee earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing & Graphic Design. Prior to attending Millikin University, they attended Batavia High School from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Inbound Marketing and Social Media from HubSpot Academy in July 2020 and May 2020, respectively.
