Jim Prichard

Jim Prichard is a Managing Partner at Ball Janik LLP, where since 2006, Jim has led the Construction Law practice alongside partner Phillip Joseph, focusing on large case work, client service, and practice development. Prior to this role, Jim served as an Associate Attorney at Ball Janik LLP from 2000 to 2005, where expertise in construction law and commercial litigation was developed, addressing a variety of issues such as construction disputes and bankruptcy cases. Jim began their legal career as an Associate Attorney at Stewart Sokol & Gray LLC, representing contractors in payment and performance disputes. Jim holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Oregon School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Political Science & Psychology from the University of Oregon.
