Jim McAtee

Jim McAtee serves as the AVP and Executive Director for Career and Professional Development at Ball State University since August 2012, focusing on future-oriented career and workforce development initiatives. Previously, McAtee held the position of Director for the Career Center, overseeing a team of 22 full-time professionals delivering comprehensive career services. Additional roles include board member at TechPoint, limited term lecturer at IPFW, director for career services at another institution, part-time instructor at Pitt Community College, and career coach along with interim director at East Carolina University's Career Center. Educational qualifications include an MBA from East Carolina University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Gardner-Webb University, and an A.A.S. in Business from Surry Community College.
