Michelle Carr

Michelle Carr is an experienced professional in the fields of education and management, currently serving as the Executive Director for Learner Experience at Ball State University since January 2024. Carr has been a Body Pump Instructor at the YMCA of Muncie since December 2019 and has held various academic roles as an adjunct professor at Indiana Wesleyan University and Ivy Tech Community College since 2003. In the corporate sector, Carr has worked as a Senior Learning and Development Manager at Muncie Power Products from 2017 to 2023 and as a faculty member at Western Governors University from 2011 to 2017.
