Founded in 2012, Ballad provides workforce development programs for unemployed and underemployed Albertans in 6 regions across the province. Our industry-driven programs prepare participants to obtain meaningful employment in a diversity of industries including supply chain, construction, hospitality, insurance and agriculture. Our programs include essential skills workshops, simulated work sites, in-class occupational training, micro-credentials, employer site visits and job placements.
