Founded in 2012, Ballad provides workforce development programs for unemployed and underemployed Albertans in 6 regions across the province. Our industry-driven programs prepare participants to obtain meaningful employment in a diversity of industries including supply chain, construction, hospitality, insurance and agriculture. Our programs include essential skills workshops, simulated work sites, in-class occupational training, micro-credentials, employer site visits and job placements. Our impact goal is to empower participates to be resilient and reattach to the workforce long-term. We also provide economic development, community development and business advisory consulting services for rural municipalities and Indigenous Communities. We integrate an engagement process that supports our clients achieve their vision for the future.
