Ian Walters

Ian Walters is currently employed as a Research Analyst at Ballad, where responsibilities include conducting market and industry research, compiling business plans, and focusing on Indigenous economic development. Ian also synthesizes both quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, providing strategic recommendations through detailed reports while collaborating with clients and stakeholders. Prior to this role, Ian worked at Covenant Health Canada in various capacities, including as a Food Services Ambassador and Porter, demonstrating strong teamwork and communication skills. Ian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, completed in April 2022.
