The leadership team at Ballantine has a long history with the company. The current director started as an inplant employee at Rochester Institute of Technology, and then went on to found Morning Upgrade. He then became the Volunteer Director of Digital Services and Partner at The Ballantine Corporation. The VP of Financial Planning and Strategy also has a long history with the company, starting as the Assistant List Manager at Conrad Direct. She then went on to become the VP Financial Planning and Strategy at EF Explore America, EF College Study Tours, and EF Go Ahead Tours. The current Financial Analyst also has a long history with the company, starting as an inplant employee at Rochester Institute of Technology.
