Kate Grima

Kate Grima is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in organizational development and human resources management. Currently serving as a Senior Organization Development Business Partner and Senior HR Business Partner at Grampians Health since December 2019, Kate specializes in employee relations, performance management, coaching, recruitment, and remuneration in both medical and corporate sectors. Previous roles include Human Resources Consultant at Kate Muir Consulting / JPA and Associates, where hands-on HR advice was provided to SMEs, and HR Manager positions at UME Australia and St John of God Health Care, focusing on diverse HR functions including EBA negotiations and workplace compliance.
