Ballard Food Bank
Jen Muzia currently serves as the Executive Director at Ballard Food Bank since May 2014. Prior to this, Jen was the Chief Strategy Officer at Girl Scouts of Western Washington from November 2004 to May 2014. Jen has extensive experience in strategic planning, performance management, grants, marketing, advocacy, research, and initiatives to enhance organizational and program capacity. Jen has a Master of Public Administration from the Evans School of Public Policy & Governance at the University of Washington, and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Business Administration from Western Washington University. Prior to their roles in the nonprofit sector, Jen worked as a Marketing Communications Manager at Applied Precision from 1994 to 2002.

Ballard Food Bank’s mission is to bring food and hope to our neighbors...because there can be enough for everyone. To achieve our mission, we provide access to nutritious foods and services that support self-sufficiency through our food bank, home delivery, and weekend food for kids program, as well as our emergency financial assistance program. We serve people across the Seattle metro area.
