Toney Hetherington has worked in the sales and customer service industry for over 20 years. From 1998 to 2005, they worked at HO Sports Co. Inc. in a variety of roles, including Customer Service/Inside Sales/Warranty Manager where they managed six employees and the day-to-day operations of the Warranty Dept. From 2005 to 2008, they worked at Grizzly Sports as a Retail Store Manager/Warehouse Manager, where they managed inventory process and database for online and retail sales, and launched the re-design of the company website. From 2008 to 2009, they worked at Company Wakeboards as a Northwest Regional Sales Representative, where they established the N. W. sales territory from ground zero. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at Grizzly Sports as a Sales Manager, where they managed day-to-day operations of online & retail store sales, and managed multiple social media marketing campaigns. Lastly, from 2013 to present, they have worked at Ballard Industrial in a variety of roles, including Customer Service/Inside Sales Manager, Account Manager, Outside Sales Support, and Counter Sales Lead. In these roles, they have been responsible for leading a multi-talented team of 17 individuals, finding new business and growth opportunities, handling incoming orders, quote requests, and any general sales or service inquiries, and creating an online store for the company.
Toney Hetherington attended Christian Liberty Acadamy from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a High School Diploma in General Studies. Toney then attended Purdue University and University of Innovative Distribution from 2017 to 2020, where they studied Innovative Industrial Distribution. In April 2019, they obtained a Value-Added Selling certification from the Specialty Tools & Fasteners Dist. Assn. (STAFDA).
