Rebekah Troxell

Rebekah Troxell is the Director of Health, Safety and Environmental at Ballard Marine Construction. Rebekah has extensive experience in safety management, developing safety programs, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Prior to their current role, Rebekah worked as a Diver/Project Coordinator at Ballard Diving & Salvage and as an Instructor at Divers Institute of Technology. Rebekah holds certifications in Incident Command System, Life Support Technician, Emergency Medicine, and Commercial Diving.
