Abby L. Vail

Abby L. Vail is the current Managing Partner at Ballard Partners. Prior to this, they served as the Chief of Staff at The Florida Office of Financial Regulation from April 2019 to August 2020. Abby has also served as the External Affairs for the State Board of Administration of Florida from November 2018 to April 2019, and as the Vice President of External Affairs for UnitedHealth Group from November 2013 to June 2018. Other previous positions include Senior Cabinet Aide for the Florida Department of Financial Services from December 2010 to November 2013, Associate at Meenan P.A. from February 2008 to January 2011, and Director of Governmental Affairs for the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation from January 2006 to February 2008.

Abby L. Vail has a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law, an M.B.A. from Florida State University - College of Business, and a B.A. in Communications from Florida State University.
