Ana Cruz

Ana Cruz is the managing partner at Ballard Partners. Ana has over fifteen years of experience in political consulting, grassroots advocacy, coalition building, and strategic messaging.

Cruz began their career in 1998 as the principal and founder of Leaders Edge LLC. Ana then went on to work on Al Gore's 2000 presidential campaign as the Florida Deputy Finance Director. In 2002, they became the Executive Director of the Florida Democratic Party.

In 2011, Cruz joined Floridian Partners as the Director of Government Affairs Central Florida. Ana remained in this role until 2015, when they joined Ballard Partners.

Ana Cruz attended Tampa Catholic High School and then went on to study Political Science and Government at the University of Tampa.
