Lead Project Manager - Audi at Ballard Power Systems

Andreas Schlund has a diverse work experience spanning different roles in the automotive industry. Andreas started their career in 2006 at Bosch as a Co-op student engineering. In 2012, they joined Daimler AG as a Trainee in their CAReer-Program. At Daimler AG, they subsequently held roles in Standards and Methods for holistic Supply Chain Management and as a Business Strategy Analyst for Mercedes-Benz Cars.

In 2018, Andreas Schlund joined the Canadian Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association as an Independent Consultant for Fuel Cells. Later that year, they also joined Ballard Power Systems, where they worked as a Senior Product Implementation Engineer for Audi h-tron and eventually became the Lead Project Manager for Audi.

Throughout their career, Andreas Schlund has gained expertise in fields such as Connected Cars, Autonomous Cars, Shared Mobility, Electric Vehicles, as well as trends beyond Mobility such as Blockchain, AI, and VR/AR/MR.

Andreas Schlund began their education in 2007 at Nuremberg Tech University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree. Andreas completed their undergraduate studies in 2011. Following that, they attended Aalen University from 2011 to 2012, where they obtained a Master of Engineering degree with a specialization in Industrial Management. Later, in 2013, they attended ESMT Berlin and earned a Certificate in Leadership and General Management.
