Yingduo Chen

Yingduo Chen serves as the Team Lead for Test Engineering at Ballard Power Systems since November 2014, where responsibilities include mentoring team members, overseeing design verification for new fuel cell stack developments, and managing project delivery for internal and external customers. Prior to this role, Yingduo worked as a Test Engineer, leading the development of liquid-cooled fuel cell stacks, and contributed to creating design verification plans. An earlier position as a Failure Analysis Engineering Co-op involved conducting root cause analysis for fuel cell products and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality. Yingduo holds a Master's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Science and Technology from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
