Kelly Broderick

Kelly Broderick has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as the Director of HR Operations at Ballard Spahr LLP since February 2011, where responsibilities include designing and implementing HR applications, overseeing various HR projects, and acting as a subject matter expert. Previous roles include HR Consultant at Dimino HR Solutions, HRIS Analyst at Wolf Block, and HRIS Specialist at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where Kelly developed strong technical skills in HRIS management and system integration. Kelly holds an AAS degree in HR Management from the Community College of Philadelphia.
