Kristen Watson Pressman holds an MBA, M.Ed., CPCU, and RPLU, bringing extensive experience in practice management and business development within the legal and insurance sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Practice Management and previously as a Business Development Manager at Ballard Spahr LLP since April 2020, Kristen has held key roles at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP as an Industry Strategy Specialist and at Powers Craft Parker & Beard as Vice President and Marketing Manager. Additional experience includes positions in underwriting and management at Positive Physicians Insurance Exchange, V3 Insurance Partners, Philadelphia Insurance Companies, and United States Liability Insurance Group, along with earlier roles in education and operations at The Baldwin School and The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Kristen's educational background includes a Paralegal Certificate from Villanova University, a Master of Education from Cabrini University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Dickinson College, and an MBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
