Hayley McAvey has been working in the industry since 2000. Hayley began their career at Campisi's Restaurants, Inc. as a Manager. In 2014, they took on an Intern role at Fay + Sawers Productions, LLC. Additionally, they were a Media Operations at the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic, where they assisted the vice president of communications and communications and marketing consultant with electronic and print media during on-site events. Hayley also created, generated, and distributed content updating, maintaining, and contributing to social media accounts. Hayley then joined the Ballengee Group as a Client Services Coordinator and Manager. Most recently, they have been a Manager at The Rosen Group | Compass since 2018.

Hayley McAvey completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Theirtory from Southern Methodist University between 2007 and 2011. Hayley then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) in Sport Management at the same university, which they completed in 2014. Hayley also attended JJ Pearce High School between 2002 and 2005.
