Paul Kuo has extensive experience in the sports industry. Paul began their career in 1998 as a Coordinator of Club Relations & Scheduling and Legal Administrator for the Major League Baseball Office of the Commissioner. In 2004, they moved to ESPN as a Researcher for STATS & INFO, where they developed content and on-air graphics for SportsCenter, Baseball Tonight, and ESPNEWS. In 2007, they became a Marketing Manager for Fox Interactive Media's WhatIfSports.com and Universal Sports' WCSN.com. In 2008, they joined FOX Sports as a Marketing Manager for FOXSports.com, where they developed strategic marketing plans for product launches. Finally, in 2010, they became the Director of Public Relations for the Beverly Hills Sports Council, and in 2016, they became the Director of Analytics & Media Relations for the Ballengee Group.

Paul Kuo has a diverse educational background. Paul obtained an MBA from San Diego State University in Business Administration and Sports Management. Paul also holds a BA from Cornell University in Asian Studies and Theirtory. Paul Kuo's educational journey began at Great Neck South High School. Additionally, they have a MLBPA Limited Agent Certification from the Major League Baseball Players Association, which they obtained in August 2010.
