Andrew Adderly is an experienced culinary professional and entrepreneur, currently serving as the Company Owner of Big Daddy’s Barbecue Prime Steaks Seafood LLC since February 2021. Under Andrew's leadership, the establishment has garnered recognition for offering the best barbecue in Broward County, alongside hand-cut steaks and Florida Gulf seafood prepared to high standards. Prior to this, Andrew held various roles in the culinary field, including Lead Line Cook at BallenIsles Country Club and Executive Chef at Giannottis Berkshire, with additional experience as Kitchen Manager at Carrabba's Italian Grill and Line Chef at Bonefish Grill. Andrew's culinary education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from Johnson & Wales University.
