Ryan Vargas is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end kitchens. Currently serving as Chef de Cuisine at Emeril's Homebase since October 2013 and Executive Sous Chef at BallenIsles Country Club since September 2012, Ryan has built a strong reputation in the culinary industry. Previous roles include Chef at Pangea Bistro and Executive Sous Chef positions at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC. Ryan also held the role of Executive Chef at Mauna Lani Bay Hotel & Bungalows and contributed to the opening teams as Executive Gardemanger Chef at Bellagio and Opening Gardemanger Chef at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Early career experience included roles at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC, where Ryan honed skills as Gardemanger Chef and Banyan Tree Restaurant Chef.
