Rodney Peerman

Rodney Peerman has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and consulting. Rodney is currently working as the Sr Director of Operations & R&D at BallerTV. Prior to that, they worked as an Executive IT Consultant at Peerman Consulting, where they provided strategic planning and execution support to manufacturing companies. Rodney also served as the Director of Information Technology at Echo Engineering & Production Supplies and was responsible for IT operations and manufacturing floor operations. Before that, they worked as the Chief Technology & Operations Officer at Diverse Tech Services, leading a team of technical experts and providing technology support to small and medium-sized companies. Rodney Peerman has also held leadership positions such as Director of IT at Gearbox Holdings and CEO at Lightspeed Connections. In addition, they served in the US Army as a Chief Warrant Officer and Director of Information Management.

Rodney Peerman earned an associate's degree in computer science from Monmouth University in 1997. Rodney further pursued their education at the U.S. Army School of Computer Science, Ft. Gordon, where they focused on network automation as a Network Automation Officer in the same year.
