Safaa Najdi

Safaa Najdi, M.B.A, M.S.C, serves as the Senior Director and Head of Strategy & Business Operations for R&D Technology at Takeda since November 2018. Previously, Safaa held various roles in the IT sector, including Director of R&D/Vaccines Strategy and Operations and Delivery Manager at Takeda, as well as Program Manager. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Information Technology Project Manager at The Cavan Group from November 2010 to October 2018 and as IT Project Management/Director of Development & Solutions at Alphinat from September 2004 to August 2010. Academically, Safaa earned an MBA in Business Administration from Marymount University, an MS in Computer Science from James Madison University, and a BS in Computer Science from Radford University.
