Claire Schmaltz

Claire Schmaltz is an experienced community engagement professional currently serving as the Director of Community Engagement at Ballet Arizona since February 2019, where strategic planning and initiatives for community programs have driven measurable growth and alignment with organizational goals. Previously, Claire held various roles within Ballet Arizona, including Community Engagement Manager and Education and Community Engagement Coordinator, fostering partnerships and enhancing program participation. Additionally, Claire's experience extends to Grand Canyon University as an Administrative Assistant and Stage Manager, alongside a background as a Dance Instructor at Revolution Dance and Academy of the Arts. Claire earned a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Grand Canyon University in 2019.
