Ashley Marie Creek

Ashley Marie Creek is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and customer service. Currently serving as the Front of House Manager at Mazza Middle Eastern Cuisine since August 2017, Ashley oversees a variety of responsibilities including staff management, guest experience curation, payroll, scheduling, hiring, training, performance reviews, floor support, inventory management, ordering, payment processing, and human resources. In addition, Ashley has been a Dance Instructor at Ballet West since March 2016 and previously held roles as a Lead Server at East Liberty Taphouse and Family Service Advisor at Memorial Estates Cemeteries. Prior experience includes positions as a Customer Care Manager at Social5 and Operations Supervisor at C3/CustomerContactChannels, Inc., where Ashley established a customer retention team, creating 34 jobs and developing standardized forms for company operations. Ashley began a career in customer service as the Executive Relations Manager for Overstock.com. Educationally, Ashley holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Modern Dance from the University of Utah.
