Damon Shoholm

Damon Shoholm is a seasoned professional in leadership and executive search activities, currently serving as a Partner at Ballinger | Leafblad, Inc. since June 2023. With extensive experience in various leadership roles, including as a Board Member for the Citizens League and Pollen Midwest, and as Grantmaking Director for the Bush Fellowship Program at the Bush Foundation, Damon has demonstrated a commitment to community development and youth empowerment. Previously held positions include Interim Chief Executive Officer at Minnesota Alliance With Youth and Director of the James P. Shannon Leadership Institute at the Amherst H. Wilder Foundation. Damon holds a Master's degree in Applied Leadership from Augsburg University and has actively contributed to initiatives that enhance leadership, community collaboration, and youth resources in Minnesota.
