Frances Yang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic initiatives and advisory roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives at Ballmer Group since May 2021, Frances previously held the position of Manager of Strategic Initiatives within the same organization. Prior to Ballmer Group, Frances worked as an Associate at Next Street and as a Senior Analyst and Analyst at BlackRock, where initial experience also included a Summer Analyst role focusing on Global Philanthropy. Frances's background is enriched by internships at edX and WorldTeach, as well as a Communications Research Assistant position at Cornell University. Frances holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Policy Analysis & Management from Cornell University, earned in 2017.
