Kody Russell

Kody Russell is a Portfolio Manager at Ballmer Group since December 2021. Prior to that, Kody served as the Executive Director at Kitsap Strong from April 2015 to November 2021, leading a team supporting partner organizations in Kitsap County focused on preventing Adverse Childhood Experiences and promoting Equity & Resilience. Kody also worked as a FTDM Facilitator - Social Worker at Washington State Department of Social and Health Services from January 2013 to April 2015, and as a Child Protective Services Investigator from April 2008 to September 2010. With a background as a Lead Residential Counselor at Ryther Child Center from April 2005 to March 2008, Kody holds a Master of Social Work from Eastern Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Seattle University.
