Ballon Stoll P.C.

Grounded in History; Poised for the Future Founded in 1931 and built upon a tradition of excellence, Ballon Stoll P.C. is a mid-sized full-service law firm catering to the needs of businesses and individuals alike. Since its founding Ballon Stoll P.C. has, in many respects, always been ahead of its time. It was a legal pioneer, and remains a leader, in many industries and practice areas. By having deep roots and longevity in these areas and industries, we have seen the fluctuations in the marketplace and their effects throughout the years. As a result, we understand not only where you are, but where you have been, and where you want to be. With this insight and our talented team of attorneys, we stand ready to work with you to find an effective solution to your immediate issues and will continue to support you in your long term success. A Strong Foundation Leads to Your Success Rarely does a client’s particular concern, whether business or personal, touch upon only a single practice area. Often an effective solution impacts other facets of life or business. Recognizing this, our founders infused their synergistic approach to client representation into the structure of the firm. Guided by our founding principles, Ballon Stoll P.C. avoids the inherent inflexibility and lack of communication typically found in formal departments and traditional firm structures. We do not restrict our attorneys to one niche area of practice. Instead, we encourage our attorneys to collaborate with their colleagues in other practice areas and maintain an "open door" policy for consultations concerning client matters. By doing this, we enhance and diversify our attorneys' knowledge of the business, economic, and legal issues facing our clients into today’s environment. This holistic approach also ensures that the solutions of today do not become the problems of tomorrow.
