Sarah Johnson

Sarah Johnson is an experienced K-6 educator currently employed at Ballston Spa Central School District since September 2019. Prior to this role, Sarah worked as a Reading Specialist in the City School District Albany from September 2014 to September 2019 and as a Special Education Teacher at Chatham CSD from November 2011 to June 2014. Sarah began a teaching career at Green Island UFSD, serving from September 2002 to November 2011. Earlier work experience includes a sales position at Ania's Hair Salon and waitress duties at Gideon Putnam. Sarah holds a Master of Science in Reading from The Sage Colleges and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from The College of Saint Rose. Sarah graduated from Ballston Spa High School in 1997.
