Richard Pearce

Richard Pearce is a seasoned professional in property development and leasing, currently serving as a Senior Development Manager at Ballymore since May 2017. Previously, Richard held various roles at Hammerson from June 2013 to June 2016, including Restaurants & Leisure Leasing Executive and Retail Leasing Executive. Richard began the career as a Graduate Surveyor at Savills from September 2011 to May 2013. Academically, Richard earned a BSc (Hons) in Urban Property Management and Valuation from the University of Reading, completing studies in 2010, and attended Millfield.
