Mark Caprio is an experienced professional in the gaming industry, currently serving as a Player Development Executive at Bally’s Corporation since December 2021. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Director of Player Development at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City from April 2018 to September 2021. Mark's extensive background in casino operations began at Caesars Atlantic City, where Mark worked as an Assistant Shift Manager for over 33 years, from May 1985 to April 2018. Mark's educational qualifications include studies at the Casino Career Institute Cape Atlantic College from 1984 to 1985 and a degree from Commonwealth University-Lock Haven, completed from 1980 to 1984.
