Raissa Tabone

Raissa Tabone has held various roles in the field of employer brand and internal communications throughout their career. Raissa is currently the Global Director of Employer Brand & Internal Communications at Bally's Corporation since October 2021. Previously, they worked at Gamesys as the Head of Employer Brand & Internal Communications from March 2019 to November 2021 and as the Employer Brand & Internal Communications Manager from March 2019 to March 2021. Before that, they served as the Internal Communications Manager at Jackpotjoy Group from March 2019 to September 2019 and as the Internal Communications Specialist from June 2018 to March 2019. Raissa also has experience in marketing and digital commerce, having worked as the Marketing & Digital Commerce Manager at Accor from November 2016 to May 2018 and as the Events & Marketing Manager from July 2014 to November 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing Executive & Graphic Designer at Accreda Ltd from August 2012 to December 2013 and as a Freelance Content Creator & Event Assistant at PavliStyle from January 2011 to December 2013. Raissa began their career as a Marketing Assistant at Holistic IT Group from November 2011 to August 2012 and also served as the Communications Team Leader for 0HR MAGAZINE at the University of Malta from February 2012 to June 2012.

Raissa Tabone attended the University of Malta from 2009 to 2013, earning a Bachelor's degree in Communications (Hons.) with Psychology.
