Robin Rivera

Robin Rivera has over 30 years of experience in human resources. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Vice President of Human Resources at Bally's Corporation since September 2022. Prior to that, Robin held various senior HR roles at companies such as The M Resort, Penn National Gaming, Hollywood Casino, The Venetian, Caesars Entertainment Corporation, MGM Grand, and Desert Inn Hotel and Country Club. They have a strong background in employee and labor relations, as well as expertise in HR strategy and management.

Robin Rivera attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 1996 to 2000, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
