Tara Romano

Tara Romano serves as the Executive Director of Labor & Employee Relations at Bally’s Corporation since September 2021, previously holding the position of Director of Labor and Employee Relations. Prior experience includes a role as Field Representative for Local 711 Table Game Dealers at LIUNA from February 2013 to August 2021 and Special Assistant to the Business Manager at RI Judicial, Professional and Technical Employees' Local Union 808 from August 2012 to January 2013. Additional roles encompass Strategic Researcher at the Laborers New England Region Organizing Fund, Legal Intern positions at Local Union 1033 and the Office of Attorney General, and Adjunct Labor Professor at Rhode Island College. Tara Romano earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from UMass Law and a B.A. in Labor Studies with a minor in Management from Rhode Island College.
