Tracey Wiley

Tracey Wiley is an accomplished professional specializing in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, currently serving as Executive Director at Bally’s Corporation since January 2022 and Chief Experience Officer at Rainmaker Industries Group LLC since January 2021. Previously, Wiley held the position of Agency Director for the Virginia Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity from September 2014 to January 2021, where Tracey was appointed by Governor Terence R. McAuliffe to lead the agency's formation. Additionally, Wiley served as President of the Capital Region Minority Supplier Development Council from May 2004 to August 2014 and played a key role in various organizational mergers in the minority supplier development space. Wiley's earlier experience includes serving as Special Assistant to the President at Virginia State University, where expertise in public relations and media relations was developed. Tracey Wiley earned a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications and Rhetoric from Old Dominion University.
