Céline Van de Wiele has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. In 2009, they worked as an Assistant in Communication at Colas Rail. In 2010, they served as an Assistant in Sales at Les Néréides & N2, handling tasks such as sales administration, customer contact, and participation in events and trade shows. In 2011, they worked as a Showroom Assistant at Oscar de la Renta. Following this, they held positions as an Assistant in Sales at Alberta Ferretti and Aeffe S.p.A. in 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Junior Sales Representative and Event Coordinator at Cédric Charlier and a Commercial/Adv at MOSCHINO. Céline also worked at April, May as a Commercial Assistant, where they managed international distribution, sales administration, and showroom sales. From 2014 to 2019, they worked as an Assistant Administrator at Paul Smith. Finally, in 2019, they joined Balmain as a VIC & Special Orders Customer Service Officer.

Céline Van de Wiele obtained their M2 degree in Marketing Management from EDC - Ecole des dirigeants et créateurs d'entreprises, studying from 2007 to 2012. During their education, they also pursued a licentiate degree at the University of Westminster in 2010, focusing on HRM, The Role of the Manager, Entrepreneurship, and Brand Management.
