Louise Pauvros has a diverse range of work experiences in the fashion industry. Louise began their career as a Pattern Cutter Assistant intern at Aiala Assayag in 2012, followed by an internship as a Fashion Designer Assistant at Lune Paris later that year. In 2013, they worked as a Textile Designer Assistant intern at Tzuri Gueta.

In 2014, they served as a Studio Manager Assistant intern at Marc Jacobs, where their responsibilities included fabrics archives, trends research, coordination of studio activities, shipment, and photo editing.

Moving forward, in 2015, they became a Print Designer Assistant intern at Mary Katrantzou, assisting with print designing. Louise later transitioned to a freelance role at the same company as a Print Designer, where they worked until 2018.

In 2019, they joined Burberry as a Print Designer for a short period of time before returning to Balmain as a Graphic Designer in the Embroidery Department. Louise later advanced within the same company to become a Graphic Designer.

Overall, Louise Pauvros possesses a varied background and extensive experience in graphic design, print design, and embroidery design in the fashion industry.

Louise Pauvros started their education in 2004 at Lycée Michelet, Vanves, where they obtained their BAC S specializing in Mathematics with honors in 2007. Louise then attended Pierre and Marie Curie University from 2007 to 2010, studying Informatics. From 2010 to 2013, Louise attended Ecoles de Condé, where they received a BTS in Fashion Design and Environmental Design, as well as a BA in Fashion Design. In 2014, they enrolled at Université d'Angers campus Cholet, earning a Licence Professionnel in Fashion and High Technologies from 2014 to 2015. Finally, Louise pursued an Erasmus Bachelor's degree in Sportswear from the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London in 2015.
